What?: Discussion. Things revolving around the community status, Incentives maybe on making our grid look better, economy issues (circulation of L$ decreasing, more competition between islands, etc), and anything else that may *pop* up during the debate.

Procedures: Anyone is invited and can voice what they feel. Anyone can submit other topics or submit a notecard to me if they wish to make a speech during the debate, Blue Linden is expected to show as a special guest.

If you wish to make a speech, just make a notecard named “Speech Submit Form” with:

• Your name
• Subject of Discussion, and
• A small synopsis (summary) of your speech

And if you have any other questions, contact Eric Mauvaise or Syn Swindlehurst.
